Return Policy:
At Malathi Silks, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

 

Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns only for damaged or defective items.
  • Returns are not available for fabric purchases due to the nature of the
    product.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact our customer service team at 8921930471 to report the issue and receive a return authorization.
  • Once your return is authorized, carefully package the item in its original packaging.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt in the return package.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process
    your refund or replacement accordingly.

 

Refunds:

  • If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
